Mediterranean Breeze Sangria

Ingredients:

• 1 bottle of chilled white wine (preferably a local Alicante or Valencia wine, such as a dry Muscat)
• 2 cups of coconut water
• 1 cup of freshly squeezed Valencian orange juice
• 1 cup of fresh Alicante grape juice
• 1/4 cup of local honey (for a touch of sweetness)
• 1 Valencian orange, sliced
• 1 lemon, sliced
• 1 lime, sliced
• 1 cup of diced fresh pineapple
• 1 kiwi, sliced
• 1/2 cup of fresh mint leaves
• Ice cubes
• Soda water (optional, for a fizzy touch)

Instructions:

1. In a large pitcher, combine the chilled white wine, coconut water, freshly squeezed Valencian orange juice, Alicante grape juice, and local honey.
2. Add the sliced Valencian orange, lemon, lime, diced pineapple, and kiwi to the pitcher.
3. Gently stir to combine all the ingredients until the honey is dissolved.
4. Add the fresh mint leaves and stir again.
5. Refrigerate the sangria for at least 2 hours to allow the flavours to meld together.
